Yes. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide — no minimum spend and no surprise charges at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
How can I make sure it will fit me properly?
Every product page has a size guide with full measurements for that specific piece, plus a fit indicator showing whether it runs small, true to size or large. The most reliable method is to measure something you already own and like the fit of, laid flat, and compare it against the table. If you're still between sizes, email us with your usual size and we'll tell you which way to go.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves us you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Click it any time to see where your order is. If you have an account with us you can also find tracking under your order history. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first update after dispatch.
I have an issue with my order. How can I contact you?
Email us at support@brookmonts.com and we'll come back to you within one business day. Include your order number if you have it — it lets us find everything straight away and sort the issue in a single reply.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn with the tags still attached. Email us and we'll send you return instructions. Once your parcel reaches us we process the refund within 10 business days, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it usually lands within a further 3–5 business days.
